Lauren Crawford
Director
Lauren Crawford has worked for the last 15 years helping healthcare companies reach patients and informing them of medicine and procedures that could positively impact their lives. During this time, she worked with Fortune 100 healthcare companies such as AbbVie, Pfizer, Merck, CVS, Aetna, Eli Lilly and others to help them bring medical advancements and treatments to patient populations.
Lauren has two children who actively receive speech pathology therapy. After seeing first-hand how speech therapy helped her children’s reading, self-confidence and inclusion in their school and sports communities she was inspired to try and bring that opportunity to other children in Orlando. She left her most recent position as VP, Pharmaceutical Practice Lead at a prominent technology company to team up with our Clinical Director Sara Reese to start TEAM Pediatric Therapy. Lauren hopes to positively impact the community by offering pediatric therapies here in Orlando.
Why Choose TEAM Pediatric Therapy
We focus on empowering children to build self-confidence, independence, and inclusion in schools while also achieving health and fitness goals, vocational skills training, and access to their community. By closely collaborating with local providers, therapists, teachers, caregivers, and other specialists, we develop a comprehensive plan of care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
We offer a proactive and multidisciplinary approach to pediatric therapy for our families. We specialize in clinical areas including feeding and oral-motor therapy, behavior interventions, splinting and bracing, wheelchairs and other adaptive equipment, toileting and hygiene and assistive technology.
Our Clinical Director has over 25 years of practice servicing Greater Orlando. She has an excellent history of cooperative work with Orlando’s payers, insurers, providers, local patient advocacy organizations and hospital systems. Her experience will allow our organization to service, meet, and enhance your ability to meet the needs of your recipients.
