Therapy Director
Kali is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Therapy Director at TEAM Pediatric Therapy. Originally born and raised in Michigan, she earned her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Central Michigan University before moving to Florida, where she received her M.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida.
Kali has extensive experience working with pediatric populations ranging from preschool-aged children through young adults across home, daycare, school, and private practice settings. Her clinical experience includes working with children with autism spectrum disorder, receptive and expressive language delays and disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, developmental disabilities, and individuals who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
Throughout her career, Kali has developed a strong passion for mentorship and supporting the growth of other clinicians. She has supervised graduate students completing clinical practicums, Clinical Fellows, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, and enjoys helping clinicians build their confidence, clinical skills, and professional independence.
In her role as Therapy Director, Kali supports the clinical and operational success of TEAM Pediatric Therapy while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to therapists across disciplines. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting high-quality, family-centered care, and creating opportunities for both clinicians and the children they serve to reach their full potential.
